Please feel free to cook up a storm, the kitchen is fully stocked and ready for your enjoyment. The living room hosts a large flat-screen Smart TV with Chromecast. The three bedrooms have luxurious Hotel Quality mattresses and high quality, hotel grade bedding. Pet Pre-Approval Needed: We'd love to get to know your furry family member! Before your stay, please introduce us to your dog by providing a few details for a swift approval process. At the moment, we're exclusively hosting dogs to ensure the comfort of all our guests. For all other pets, we are happy to provide contact information for local pet sitting services. Please note, a $300 fee will be applied for any exceptions to these rules without prior arrangement. Please be advised that new sod (Grass) is being installed in the backyard as of May 14th, 2026. Very light use of the lawn will be permitted for a two week period post installation. You may periodically see a landscape technician in the yard to assist with watering the lawn during this period (in the daytime only). No dogs are permitted on the lawn for this period. We have a beautiful off-leash dog park within a 5 min. walk from the home. As well, there is a kid's park with play structure within a 5 min. walk.

Please note that a Christmas tree will be set up in the home from November 17th to December 26th. Guests staying outside these dates should not expect holiday décor, while those visiting during this period can enjoy the festive setup.
