We absolutely loved our time staying at Scott’s place in Carrying Place - the perfect little cozy getaway with friends. Super comfy beds, great vibes, well stocked. Would absolutely stay here again!

Scott’s place was great for us as a group of 6. The amenities were great as well, especially the dinning table to play some cards an have dinner together, the pool table in the converted garage, and the hot tub! We had a wonderful time at Scott’s. He was a very responsive host and over the top by accommodating our wishes. We had a minor problem with the hot tub but Scott was able to address the issue. Overall, I’d really recommend Scott’s place - especially for larger groups.

We booked literally 30 mins before turning up at the doorstep and found the property welcoming despite the last minute reservation. It's a beautiful little house with all mod cons, comfortable beds, sofas and general feel of being home. It is a few minutes walk from the main street and shops. Parking is outside the house. We loved it and would gladly stay there if in the area. Highly recommended. nothing but need to point out that the property is not fully accessible so people with some mobility issues take note that the stairs to the bedrooms are narrow and you have to watch your head on 2 points.

It was a pleasure to stay at Scott's place. He was very thorough and prompt in his communication and everything was clear and easy from check-in to check-out. The place was beautiful - very well decorated, and a perfect place to relax with family for the weekend. Amenities were very nice inside and out and the house was walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops, beautiful walks and close driving distance to more scenic activities. Should we be in the area again we would very much choose to stay here.

We ended up staying at this house slightly unplanned and in a different area to where we initially intended. However the house was great and we all enjoyed sharing some chilled private time. We used the outdoor BBQ, Hot tub and fire pit for a relaxing stay. The bedrooms and living area were comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen was probably one of the best equipped I’ve stayed in. Minus a slight issue with the door code when we first arrived we had a great stay. Scott was a great host and very responsive with any issues/communications (re the door code and fire pit permit). I look forward to staying again and highly recommend

‘The Pine Palace’ is a lovely house on a quiet street just a short stroll from the main street of Picton. We really enjoyed the big yard with hot tub, firepit and bbq as well as the sauna! A great place to relax with easy access to the best of what PEC has to offer! Scott was a great host, very communicative with good tips for local activities!

We spent two nights during our first ever visit to PEC. Scott’s place was just like described, location was perfect and we were walking distance to town. Our stay was comfortable, the apartment is stocked with all the necessities - my husband, 12 yr old and our dog spent a lovely weekend. Scott was friendly, personable, communicative, and even allowed a late check out. HIGHLY recommend this property, we will be back soon!

The place was great. Enjoyed a weekend in Picton and the house was a perfect place to stay and relax. And the location was fantastic, with an easy walk to restaurants. I’d stay here again.
